Express by Holiday Inn Doncaster has two meeting rooms onsite, both of which are located on the ground floor and are easily accessible from the reception area, bedrooms and car park. Due to the location of the hotel and its proximity to air, road and rail networks it is an ideal venue for hosting conferences, meetings and training events. These spacious and comfortable meetings rooms benefit from natural daylight, in room temperature controls and are fitted with Air Quality Control equipment. All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones, modem points, flip charts, overhead projectors and screens, TV/DVD combi units and stationary kits. Any other equipment can be ordered in by prior arrangement. Photocopying, FREE WiFi, phone and Broadband connections are available for use in our business area, whilst faxing can be sourced via reception. Meeting rooms can be hired on a day delegate, 24 hour delegate or room hire basis. Teas, coffees, lunch and dinner are all available on site and all dietary requirements can be catered for. Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 40 delegates and can be laid out in a variety of ways, including classroom, boardroom or theatre style, a choice which is aligned with the individuals corporate needs. Delegates can use the Great Room as an informal break out area throughout the day.
